1. Return Window
We offer a 15-day return window.
You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
This policy applies to all global orders, whether they are shipped from our European Boutique or our United States warehouse.
2. Return Conditions
To honor the integrity of our garments and the artisans who make them, all returned items must be:

In the same pristine condition in which they were received

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

With all original NORGÄTE hang tags attached

Free of flaws, stains, odors, pilling, or damage

Carefully placed in their original packaging
Garments that do not meet these standards will not be eligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate your return, please contact our support team:
Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
4. Where to Send Your Return
Because NORGÄTE operates with two global warehouses, all returns must be sent back to the same region from which the order originally departed.
We will confirm the correct warehouse based on:

The warehouse of origin (EU or USA)

The garments included (orders may ship in multiple parcels)
Important: If your order arrived in multiple packages, each package must be returned to the correct warehouse.
European Returns to Croatia (contact us for the address)
United States Returns to North Carolina (contact us for the address)
Items returned to the wrong location may experience delays and incur additional processing fees.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For cross-continental orders (ex: USA → EU or EU → USA), NORGÄTE cannot cover international return shipping.

Customs duties, import taxes, and return handling fees may be deducted from the refund if applicable.
6. Refund Deductions: Shipping Fees + Administrative Fee
As we offer worldwide delivery, shipping and logistics are integrated into our pricing structure.
For returns made for personal reasons (change of mind, sizing, preference), the refund will be processed minus:

The original shipping fees included in your order

A USD $50 administrative and handling fee
This fee covers:

Restocking

Inspection

Packaging control

International logistics administration

Global warehouse processing
No fees apply when the item arrives defective or incorrect.
7. Cooling-Off Rights for EU Customers
(Required EU notice, presented elegantly and with minimal disruption.)
Customers in the European Union have the right to return an order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.
NORGÄTE proudly offers a 15-day window for all customers, ensuring full compliance.
8. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10–12 business days

Additional time may be required by your bank or card issuer

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and the administrative fee remain non-refundable
